“On the evening of February 7, the neighbors and employees of Gorvodokanal called me and said that my house was on fire. After five minutes, I arrived at the scene of the fire. Firefighters were already at work. They cut off the fire from nearby houses. This was task number 1. The fact is that the distance between my house and neighboring houses is less than a meter. The fire was very strong, the roof was completely burned.

“The thing is, I don’t live in this house all the time. Because of this, the gas and electricity were disconnected, as recorded by the utilities. Therefore, an accident is ruled out. An intruder entered the house, breaking the glass of one of the windows, and carried out arson. Experts are currently conducting an investigation and assessing the damage,” he noted.

Thus, Boris Litvinov rejects the scenario of an accident and believes that the house was intentionally set on fire.
