Moscow: Red March announced for 100th anniversary of October Revolution

On October 23 at 8.00 in the Moscow city government building, the communist and left forces gave notice of the November 7, 2017, “Red March” on the day of the 100th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.

The applicants notified the authorities of their intention to conduct a march on November 7 at 19.00 from the “Pushkin” Metro station on Tverskaya, Okhotny Ryad, and Theater Passage streets, with a rally at Revolution Square at the monument to Karl Marx (“Ploshchad Revolutsii” Metro station).

In the course of the Red March, participants will call for the speedy change of the current regime in Russia and its “neo-feudal” capitalist system.

The organizers plan to demand the release of all prisoners of conscience jailed on trumped-up charges and other crimes by the current authorities.

We speak:

For free healthcare!
For progress and science!
For a decent wage!
For free education!
For the nationalization of banks and basic industries!
The future of Russia is socialism!

Our appeals:

There will be a new October!
Long live the 100th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution!
Down with the power of Capital — Power to the majority!
Death to fascism — death to capitalism!
Freedom for political prisoners!
