On June 24, 2015, at 11:00, the Appeals Court of Kiev (Kiev, Solomenskaya Square, 2A) will hold a hearing in the case of opposition politician, editor-in-chief of “Working Class,” and people’s deputy of the Communist Party of Ukraine for the 3rd-4th Rada convocation, Alexander Vasilievich Bondarchuk.
A panel of judges chaired by Judge TN Yudenko will consider the prosecutor’s appeal of the Darnitsky Court decision to overturn the indictment.
Recall that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) accuses AV Bondarchuk of “separatism,” which the prosecution claims to have discovered in several articles in the newspaper he edited (article 110 p. 1. Criminal Code of Ukraine: “Premeditated acts committed with the aim of changing the borders of the state territory of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public appeals of dissemination of appeals to commit such actions”).
