December 27: Union Borotba (Struggle) expresses condolences to relatives and friends in connection with the death of Sergei Litvin.
Sergei Anatolyevich Litvin stood at the cradle of the Lugansk People’s Republic. From the first days he plunged into the anti-fascist struggle, taking part in the defense of Lugansk and other hot spots. He was one of the first ministers of the LPR, on whose shoulders fell the heaviest burden — to rebuild the state apparatus, and establish new government institutions. Thanks to Sergei Litvinov, at the most difficult time, despite the war and devastation, residents of the Republic were provided with bread and other agricultural products.
Sergei was a very easygoing and open person, always ready to lend a helping hand. Unfortunately, this good heart stopped beating tonight.
We are very sorry that many joint projects and advances were not implemented.
Sleep well, comrade!
