On April 19, 2016, thanks to the principled position of the Communist Party of Ukraine and a professional defense, political prisoners and communists Sergei Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev were released from custody in the courtroom.
Recall that the Dneprodzerzhinsk Communists were arrested September 1, 2014, and have been detained ever since. The fact that the court is politically motivated is clearly seen by the naked eye. An endless string of court records revealed that there was no direct or indirect evidence to support their guilt: no fingerprints, no witnesses.
Finally, Judge Tatyana Ivchenko listened to the arguments of the defense and changed the measure of restraint from detention in jail to release from custody on bail.
