Brazilian and Russian volunteers, along with a visiting journalist from Revista Opera magazine, sent a message of solidarity to the eight Spanish anti-fascists arrested for having fought in the Donbass against the Kiev junta, and who now face absurd charges for fighting against the genocidal regime. The display of weapons is a challenge on account of the charge of “bearing arms” (outside Spain) against the Spaniards.
Among them are volunteers Rodolfo, Lusvarghi and an unidentified Brazilian, in addition to journalist Alejandro Acosta, from our team.
The red poster is from an Italian anti-fascist organization and was chosen to show international anti-fascism alongside the Brazilian national flag.
