Rallies in memory of the dead antifascists of Ukraine and Russia were held in Crimea. They were held in conjunction with the International Day of Solidarity with Antifascists.
The antifascist youth organization in Kerch commemorated the victims of the May massacre in Odessa. Activists climbed Mount Mithridates to the Monument of Glory. They held portraits of the dead activists of Odessa, including Vadim Papura and Andrei Brazhevsky, as well as portraits of some of the victims of neo-Nazi organizations in Russia.

“Unfortunately, the resurgence of fascism and its ideology is acute in both Ukraine and Russia. Antifascism never appears by itself, it was born and always acts as a resistance to fascism. This is the force that creates a balance,” event organizer Anatoly Belenko told the website KrymMedia.
In Simferopol, tribute was also paid to the victims of neo-Nazism. Activists of the Union Borotba (Struggle) came to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier with portraits of the fallen antifascists.
